Is there a way to refresh the oauth token before use, or a way to get orders using api but with userToken

Get OAuth access tokens (ebay.com)

 

Because you are in Germany, there may be a different link.

I have posted an Oauth token refresh routine for PHP, since it is missing from eBay's toolkit.

It may, or may not, be relevant to your situation.
