Authentic Louis Vuitton or ?

I found these Louis Vuitton straps (purse? travel bag?) at an estate sale. I was told they are very old. Most of the items I purchase at this sale were very old (old purse dust bags such as Louis Vuitton, Plum Brass Shoes, Bruno Magli, Buerberrys (with an "s"), Bottega Veneta, etc. But I've never seen straps like these before. The straps have lobster-type clasps, have Louis Vuitton marked on the rivets and on the inside leather. Typical monogram on one side and a lighter orangy tan color on the inside. Have you seen these before? Do you know if they authentic?

I have to say I am skeptical especially for these reasons:
On the first picture, the canvas seem to have been sewn not perfectly straight, ex. the right side circle seem lower then the other one, and at LV the pieces would be straight.

Second picture: Usually the leather finish on the bags or accessory are finished in untreated Cowhide leather, which when exposed to oxygen, body oil and wear, becomes Darker over time. This one seems pretty beige

That being said I could be wrong, you can feel the metal tip, they should be high quality and not loose.

But like you said look like shoulder straps for a pochette or a small purse

However for authenticity its hard to say, for straps check the sewing it chould line up perfectly with spaces all equal, also there should not be back and forth sewing anywhere. And the leather side should feel dry and smooth, not oily or sticky.

Hope this helps, only way to be certain would be taking it to a specialist, or a LV shop if you have one close by .
