Pottery - Need Help with ID of Large Swan Figurines Please? Numbered !

I have a set of Swan figurines that I can not ID.  They each measure 11" tall x 6" wide.  Each one is marked 816 - I think .   Any help is appreciated!

I've seen vintage West German pottery marked with consecutive numbers like this, but often will also say "Germany" or "West Germany" too, so hard to be sure.

Thank you for your suggestion.

But I looked at a bunch of West Germany pottery and I don't see this type of style.  It reminds me more of the style of McCoy or other U.S. pottery makers.
