Porcelain Figures and Hawks? Glass Coctails

Can't tell by the poor pics but the Porcelain Figures are exceptionally well done. I know the mark on the bottom should tell me the maker and/or the age but I don't know.

The Cocktails were given to me  several years and I was told they were made by Hawks. Would anyone know if that is the maker and would you know the pattern please?

dozens of companies have used a coronet over N mark.  it is an imitation of the famous 18th century capodimonte mark.  I see nothing here that would point me to the maker.  probably 20th century.
