Please help with beautiful glass goblet

I think it’s European glass

I was looking in Bohemian glass 

I can’t find anything

This appears to have been made from a repurposed bottle, or possibly two bottles.

The neck of the bottle has been cut off and attached, to serve as the stem and base of the goblet. The blue glass was dripped on for decoration, before they were attached together.
