Please, I need help to identifying this porcelain mark!!!

...hours and hours spent on the internet to try to identify this porcelain mark with no results. All roads lead me to Royal Copenhagen, but I do not believe this piece is Royal Copenhagen.
I accept all the opinions about the mark and also about the person portrayed in the piece.

The person in the portrait is already identified, it is Napoleon II ...but identifying the mark is not easy.
