this is  an Italian figurine I looked for the mark under capodimonte

It's a little old fashioned girl with a hat has a gold painted base

It's very difficult for posters on this site to make an evaluation without some basic pics of the piece.

I will say this, I've never seen the mark you've provided, but it doesn't even appear to be an attempt to copy one of the earlier capodimonte "N crown" marks.  Sounds contemporary, perhaps from one of the currently working factories in Florence.
