Hello, I was wondering if someone would be able to shed some light on this double backstamped marked bowl. I know the common M.Z. eagle mark but the second mark with what looks like the Great Seal of the U.S. with Austria underneath is perplexing me. I can't find any reference to it. Is it just a decorators mark for M.Z. or was it decorated at a separate Austrian studio and the white mold purchased from M.Z.? Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a high quality bowl that rings when dinged.
