Is this a defective bowl?  It is so folded over and odd shaped just wondering.  Anyone know maker?  Thanks for help.

That is an intentional shape from the carnival glass maker. Creating different appearance from the same mold shape was/is common, Look here for the pattern maker ddoty.com

They both appear to be Fenton. Peacock Tail and Smooth Rays. Like Gabla suggest, look them up on ddoty.com.
