Help with identifying oriental bowl and mark

I have had this bowel for several years and have not been able to really find out anything about it.  Has anyone ever seen this mark? I'm am guessing it it's from around the 70s from what I have tried to learn about it.

It just says Kutani--turn it so the hole is at the top.
