Maybe Duncan Miller Coventry...I'm not a glassie so wait for others.

I believe it's a Duncan Miller "Canterbury" vase.  Pink opalescent color.

   Thanks for the correction of Canterbury not Coventry...I got my cathedrals mixed up. 😁
