Help Identifying Chocolate Pot

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this chocolate pot as it has no marks, I was wondering the identity and year, if possible. There is an artist signature on both sides: "Rene Wade"  The bottom is plain concave. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm debating selling it or filing it under "Why did I buy this? I know I'm going to fall in live with it and not want to sell it"

Hobbyist painted on a german or japanese blank.  the maker of the blank has no value.  early 20th century.

Thank you. I figured as I could find a blank mold and no mark.  I guess that means it can stay in my china cabinet. 🙂
