Collection silvered bluish glass - what is this called?

Another mystery to me is a silvered, bluish set of serving glasses and pitcher.  Not a clue as to the name or type so no way to properly list these items.

This appears to be carnival glass. There may be some marking on the bottom of the glasses and/or pitcher in order to identify the maker and possibly age also.  The pattern can't be discerned from the photo.
