A standard Heidi Montag issue is worth around 10$ if it is in fine condition. So what's the value of this "one of a kind" issue? As a Playboy collector I personally I wouldn't pay more and probably wouldn't even buy it because of that. But that's just my opinion and there are collector's of all kind of things, and probably also of magazines with production errors, so you might get lucky.
