I am curious about this issue. I've seen on some sites that this issue is ranked top 3 most rare/expensive. I've also seen it for sale on E Bay for anywhere between $1,000 and $3,000.. But, I have seen this same issue for sale other places for $40 or $50..
I am just trying to figure out the details and if this issue is really rare and valuable, and if so, what makes it this way.. ?
