This Board is made up of eBay buyers and sellers, not eBay employees, so no one here can address your issue.

About all you can do is contact the buyer and request a return of your money, but be aware that he's not required to comply.

Not sure how you managed to do that, but hope it's not a lot of money.

Sorry, but if you refunded the buyer, there's nothing Ebay will do.

You'll need to contact the buyer and ask if they will repay.
