Getting Paid

I sold a wedding dress recently in May. My understanding was that the proceeds  would go to my checking account. Now it looks like it may be in PayPal. Why is that and how do I get my money from PayPal?

The sale was done prior to you conversion to Managed Payments.

Just log into your PayPal and transfer the money to your bank account. If you do not have one setup you can link your bank account when you login.

I see that you sold a wedding dress on May 7.

That listing was set up to use Paypal to receive the buyer's payment.

If the buyer submitted valid payment AND you had the correct payment email address in the listing, your money should be sitting in your Paypal account.

Have you checked there?

Side note:

I see that the dress sold via Best Offer.

Did the buyer ask that you communicate via text?

If so, did you do so?

All of which are set up to use Managed Payments to recevie buyers' payments.
