We attended the eBay conference in 2017 in Las Vegas and realized that a bunch of eBay sellers do not know much about the Zebra thermal printers. We came across the Zebra LP2844 thermal label printer and ever since we do not use the laser/inkjet printer anymore. Zebra printers are very affordable, they use heat insted of ink or toner to input the information on the label. If you use FedEx or UPS you can get free label rolls from them. If you use the USPS you can buy the labels for less than 2 cents per label. The labels are self stick and very easy to apply. Here is a link of the printer we recommend:

Ebay supports the Zebra printers, all you have to do is configure the printer with your eBay account. All shipping programs out there are compatibe with these Zebra printers like: Shipstation, Amazon, Endicia, Shopify, and many others.
Depending on your shipping volume the printer will get paid for itself.
