maybe some more info would help, like what country are the packages being held by customs? Did you fill out customs forms?
If it's US customs, know depending on the Customs location, packages can take a bit to clear through Customs. I get regular shipments from overseas, sometimes they have package 2 weeks before it clears through, sometimes 2 days. CA customs is worst for that, every time have them go through FL they are in and out same day usually, tops 2 days.
