Payoneer Verification

So l wanted to link my Payoneer and Ebay account so that I can start selling some stuffs on Ebay. Apparently this verification process by Payoneer  is taking so much time. Is it usual  or am I supposed to be aware of something?

What's the average time that will be taken to verify Payoneer account?

From the time you start until you're ready to start selling, could be a month or so.

If you have successfully linked your Ebay account to Payoneer, it usually will tell you right away.  If you're having problems, you should contact Payoneer to see what the issue is.  If you were successfully linked to Payoneer, then it can take up to 30 days to be approved from Ebay.  Once ebay says you're all set in an email, you can go from there.  While you wait , you should look into the Ebay academy to help you to become a trusted seller:

Payoneer lets you know right away if your  account is sucessfully linked to eBay. Then after you are sucessfully linked it takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to activate your selling account. eBay will send you an email when you're all set. 

If you're having trouble linking your Payoneer account what type of account are you trying to link to eBay?

You can sell on either a personal or a business account on eBay, however your Payoneer account has to match the type of eBay account you have. You can only link an Individual Payoneer account to a personal eBay account, and a Company Payoneer account must be linked to a business eBay account.

You also need a business license. 

The name and address on your accounts have to exactly match your driver's license or National ID.
