Hello -  Does anyone know what these vintage sewing supplies are used for or referred to as in addition to the obvious (string cord rope etc etc)?  Thanks , Christopher

The round ones look like a vintage version of rattail cord.  The metallic braids are nice.  Some people are really into metallic threads.  They obviously were used in an industrial setting but I have no idea what they were used in/for.  You might want to do a burn test.
