Help, Please, with the Pattern(s) on This Dinner Napkin

Hello again, everyone.  I have 5 of these 11" square linen napkins, plus 2 table runners.  Can you please provide input on the pattern(s)?  I'm looking for keywords.  Thank you.

Thank you so much for your kindness.  You're always so helpful, and I hope you know how much it is appreciated.

I'm such a novice when it comes to fabrics, and I have a whole dresser full.  I don't want to impose on you, but is pulled thread the same as drawn thread?  And is it always hand-done (it doesn't look like it to me)?  And is it considered embroidery?

As for the other "pad" thing, think I'll toss it in my pile of odd fabrics that I plan to list in a lot.
