Refund return

Hi. I purchased a portable pa at MF the 15 of february 2021 who was supposed to be delivered the 23 of february. By the 27 there was no delivery .so i ask MF if the knew were the item was . they keep saying sorry for the delay . so as i always did in the pass i ask ebay to step in .usually after 3 working days ebay would have issued a refund and close the case . ebay did not do that they actually extende the hold till the 15 of march ( 1 month after i bought the item !! )  saying that MF shows that the item will be delivered soon.  Why they extend this exceptional courtesy to MF ?  In 6 days will be 1 month since i bought the item .. Never ever happens before. If my broker receive the item it will forwarded in Grenada W.i.to me without inspection. I will have to pay shipping from usa and inport taxes 75% of value !! Maybe for a damaged item which would cost me about 150 us $ to send bk if is not in good conditions. My broker does not do return shipping . saying that iam frustrated and disappointed by the way ebay handle my case is an understatement. And for sure i will keep far from buying anything in the future from MF .have a great day.

If tracking shows the item is still moving, they've been putting cases on hold for a little bit to see if the item gets delivered.

There's been a lot of sellers that have had to refund, then the item gets delivered in a couple days.
