The guy is Billy Gray, who used to play "Bud" on the 1950s/1960s TV show, "Father Knows Best."  The women are probably relatively unknown starlets, on their way up.  Check Billy Gray's filmography, to see in which movies he performed after his TV career came to a halt, as this may be a promo shot from one of those films.
