hello everyone, maybe someone or eBay can help me with my problem. I purchased an item on January 21, 2021, and have not received it today, July 7. there is no tracking number listed. No estimate available. when I try to report that the item has not arrived I get an error message: Please try later when I try to return Oops, we did not find your item in our system. When I search for the item, it is no longer available on eBay. I've emailed the seller but no response.
The fact is I can't open a dispute so eBay can help me.

You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case.

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.

If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a case there (about 6 months).

You posted your question in "Motors".  This was not a car, was it?
