This is a SCAM.   Stop communicating with them, there is no vehicle.

Have we HEARD IT!  It's a big scam to steal your money.

There is no ATV, eBay does not sell for people, there is no such thing as free time to try it out and the whole thing is a GIGANTIC SCAM!

I first joined eBay in 2002 under a different user name (arkiehotrods) and that scam has been around longer than that.  My guess is the price of the ATV is super low and it should be because there is not ATV, only photos the scammer lifted off the internet.  Super low price is first sign it's a scam.  The second sign it's a scam is that you found it on a site other than eBay yet the "seller" (scammer) is telling you the transaction will be handled by eBay.  eBay doesn't handle any transactions.  They don't have a warehouse or shipping container, they don't arrange shipping, etc.  100% of the time, when you're told it will be handled on eBay, it's a scam, no exceptions.   All legitimate eBay transactions begin (you found it on eBay, not another site) and end on eBay.  All others are scams.   BTW, the scammers also send out phony eBay invoices, and they'll instruct you to pay by gift card, untraceable and no way to get your money back once they have your card numbers)

Glad you came here, hope you ceased all communication with the scammer.

eBay doesn't need your name and address because they know who you are when you buy an item listed on eBay.

Sellers don't  even know who the buyer is until after the buyer hits that buy button on eBay.

The scammer wants your info so they can send you a FAKE invoice.

The email and phone number in the invoice connect to the scammer.

There's no eBay warehouse shipping anything!

There's no inspection period. Vehicles can't be returned.

RUN like your hair is on fire!

Glad you verified this here before you were tricked.
