You have 30 days from delivery to open a Not As Described claim with eBay and get a full refund.

If the seller is not cooperative, eBay will refund you and go after them for their money.

If you missed the 30 day deadline, you are protected by Paypal (if you used it) and/or by your credit card for up to 180 days from Payment.
