Get ready for two new exciting N scale specialty series launching this summer from Micro-Trains!
In June, we’ll debut the first in a 13-car series commemorating the provinces and territories of Canada. The first release in the “Canadian Province & Territory Series” will feature British Columbia. Among many detailed decorative features, all releases in the series will include provincial or territorial flag, incorporation date, bird and flower.
These stunning cars are based on a 50’ standard box car, with single Youngstown door and Coil Elliptic trucks. In keeping with the colors of the Canadian flag, the car is red with white sides and incorporates a graphic representation of the famous Canadian maple leaf symbol.
Our U.S. Navy series launches in July and will showcase prominent Navy vessels from the past and present, with a unique silhouette rendering of the vessel’s class, official hull identification number, years of service, vessel emblem and U.S. Navy emblem. The first ship featured in this exciting new series is the USS Missouri, the legendary battleship upon which the armistice was signed that ended World War II.
The U.S. Navy series will be presented on a 50’ standard box car with plug door and Dalman trucks, and decorated in Navy gray with a low black sill on each side. The vessel silhouette is black, while the U.S. Navy emblem is yellow and the vessel logo is recreated in full color.
Both series will feature new releases bi-monthly, on an alternating monthly schedule. For a sneak preview, go to
