'eBay want me' to upgrade my phone-in order to leave fdbk on my recent purchase- This will require a higher grade phone than my current iPhone 8, and as a pensioner, not only can I not afford an upgrade, my iPho 8 is far more adequate than I actually need or want, so how can I leave fdbk, (which eBay are asking me to do) ,but then completely stopping me with ; "you can't up-grade with your current device. "Just what are they playing at" !!

@atmosferic Then use your web browser to access eBay if you can't update the app, then you will be able to leave feedback.

@atmosferic With iPhone 8 you should be using iOS 16 which means you can still access an older version of the app, or you can use a web browser.

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
