Thanks for following up @polwattmadu0. Did that link I provided help? Are you using an older device that can no longer process eBay app updates? If so, you would want to use a mobile browser or the desktop version of the site until you're able to run an up to date version of the eBay app.

Great question @wikramagpandith-0! You can visit the Google Play Store app and at the top right of the screen, tap the profile icon. Then tap 'Manage apps & device'. Apps with an update available are labeled, "Update available". Tap update to update as necessary. You could also sign out of the app, uninstall it, and then reinstall it. That would install the most recent version of the app. I hope that helps!

Hi @wikramagpandith-0! Does that mean you're using the mobile web browser then instead of the app?

 

If the app, then you would go to your app store to see if there's an update. Or you can un/reinstall the app.

 

If you're accessing eBay via a mobile browser or the classic website, then you could clear the cache and cookies if running into issues to see if that will help. There's not a newer version to update too like there is in the app though.
