After upgrade to Kyocera DuraSport handset my eBay notifications do not link properly to the app. My last two handsets have been Kyocera and I had no issues with notifications or any other aspect of the app.
When I click a notification link it is clear that the eBay app is attempting to open however only the top and bottom banners become visible and the section between the two is transparent to what had been open behind it. If I try to click on this transparent area it does not have access to the other open app until I click the back button.
There are a very small random number of the notifications that do properly open the window however I have not been able to understand the pattern for which ones do and do not. I know both messages and watch list items are not opening correctly.
It is very frustrating to have to look at a notification memorize the subject matter and then have to open the eBay app from the home screen and navigate to the section. This process does not even work in the case of watch list items because what comes up is everything on the watch list and not just the new items.

Hi @craigmhollinger! Would you please run the diagnostics feature within the eBay app? You can get there by going to your Settings > Notifications and then scroll to the bottom. Thanks!
