i tried to order glasses and i thought they would be shipped 3-5 days later and i would receive it before the 22nd for a gift. they emailed me saying it will not be send before the 22nd so i wanted to cancel the order but it only said return item although it had not yet been shipped. im hoping yall can help me cancel the order and get my money back considering it was a lot

ask the seller to cancel;
They do not have to do that just so you know.

If they haven't shipped yet... don't open a Return yet. If the seller won't cancel... for now, just assume they'll ship.
The first claim you can make is an Item Not Received claim, but that can't be opened until one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order.

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing when you made your purchase.
Was that date earlier than the 22nd?
Did you know you can (and should) open an item not received case if you've not received your purchase within a few days past its last estimated delivery date?
Due to the current slowing of many delivery services, I am usually recommending that buyers wait about 5-7 days past the EDD before opening that case.
