iOS mobile application - badge notification

The notification (small red dot that you see for new messages, win notification, etc.) does not show, despite  being turned on in notification settings

Thanks for posting. Are you talking about the red number that shows up on the app icon? Or the red count that shows up on the notifications tab at the bottom of the app? If you go into the notifications tab at the bottom of the app do all the notifications show up in the list?
