iOS mobile app choose existing image feature does not work when contacting a seller/buyer

Choosing an existing image does not work in the iOS mobile app when contacting a seller/buyer. The permission to access photos is presented and confirmed and then the modal view slides up, but content never loads. Please fix!

Thank you for reporting. Could you please post a screen shot of screen you are on before the permission and one of the permission or sheet showing.

Well what do you know. If I wait for a solid minute or so, it does finally load. I do have a lot of photos. Just shy of 37,000.

My Photos library has close to 85,000 pics.  I tried to wait on the pics to load for over 5 minutes with no joy.  This makes eBay app unusable on my iOS devices for pictures.  I suggest a code change that tries to access some number of user’s most recent photos first, as I’m typically trying to access same day or last few days of pics vice entire library.
