iOS app bug. Cannot request item return.

I’ve just updated to V6.33.0.

When I try to complete a return request via the app I cannot select the “confirm return” button it just remains greyed out.

I’ve tried restarting the app but it’s still the same. Sometime if I click “back” the screen looks like this: 

[new_year_new_car]

A second phone reset seemed to fix it.
