Wow. The more I look at the app update the more I hate it. Absolutely do not like the listing format at all. Also the GTC For relisting is not cool. Pretty much every change ebay made in the last few updates are going to waste a lot of time in my everyday listing.

All my devices have the latest app version and most current OS, so why is there a difference between them?

iphone ok

ipad mini ok

ipad pro ok

the above three work the same. .....however......

Ipad (reg size) NOT OK (Time remaining wrong and format is different)

why? I don’t have time to fiddle with these differences in addition to adjusting procedures to take into consideration other changes made. I am normally willing and able to adapt, but to something consistent, not inconsistent. It is an irritant to say the least.

This is the most unprofessional update that I have ever seen. Definately has had an effect on my sales and therefore on the money eBay will (not) receive from any sales. I certainly hope the programmers will listen to the sellers about this update. Bad move.

Not very good. The only option for Buy It Now is "Good 'Till Cancelled" ; Best Offer is always clicked by default and the App automatically relists unsold items. On top of this, the time counter for items ending in less than 24 hours does not work: it only shows the minutes and not the hours! Terrible. I used to relist a lot with the App for my iPhone but now I have to use my laptop.

Another issue: The photo feature is not stable. I just finsihed taking my pics and then poof they are gone and I have to dress the manniquin again and open up the draft again and retake the pics.

Not a good use of my time!

Another issue: The pics that have been taken block the view of the picture being taken. It's hard to see where the end of the item is with all the pics at the bottom of the viewing window.

So I took pics and poof they disappeared again! Again ... I have to dress the mannaquin again and take pics again. This has happened twice today!

Pics not stable ... please fix ...

NOT happy with changes made to the app... like so many others on here, I do not appreciated being told that I have to use GTC. I do not believe it leads to more sales, I think it does exactly the opposite. It is insane how much these so-called "UPDATES" every month or so has lead to further and further decline in sales on my sites. I can now barely use the eBay app. What's the point of even having it on my phone any longer when everything I have to do I must now do only on my computer?

It feels like a sneaky tactic to gain more $ through fees as I too was initially fooled when relisting items on the app, before realizing everything was going GTC automatically. I've slowly started backing away from using eBay as a selling platform as my sales have completely flatlined on all accounts. I can't help but think a large part of this has to do with all the technical issues that have been plaguing eBay over the last 6 months. EXTREMELY frustrating.

My pre taken pictures won’t show up in the app. I don’t have to retake them but I do have to use the browser version to upload my pictures which takes forever and has cut way down on my listing speed and there are free listings only for a certain time that I’m trying to use. Frustrating as all get out and all my mobile devices are not uploading the pictures right. Hope they fix this before my free listings expire.

I have never commented on anything like this before and I hope this is the right place to do so. I figured y’all would have updated it by now but this is gone on far to long! The update is awful I don’t want to list all my items with good till cancelled and I can’t find a way to opt out. That just seems rediculous that you would do that to your sellers. Atleast give us An option to opt out. Also the 2 things I have to click on after i list something, and after I go to my laptop and take good till cancelled off then back to mobile to finish, I don’t want to see either one everytime. Why are you making it so difficult to list from our mobile phones it doesn’t make any sense!

The pictures take longer than ever to edit, I have to wait for Windows to pop up now rather than a list. The description bar up top tells me I am doing a good job.lol I have been selling for years! They should have a basic app for longtime eBay sellers and this new updat for new users that do not know how eBay works, I feel like my listings are the new feedback system now with the individual pop up windows so stupid, unnecessary and frustrating!

I was told there was no way of getting old version back. I am upset about the automatic relist and the forced GTC on BIN. I was told to use the desktop version on my laptop. Lol what’s the point in having the app if they tell you to just use your laptop. I hope they go back to the old ways.

It's a lot harder to see products. Also searching for items under selling the title has to be perfect where as before it would show up instantly if it had any of the words you typed that was in the title. I don't like this update. Also guaranteed delivery is not showing, and "Ships today if paid within....." is not appearing on any listings. PLEASE FIX!
