how to get the ka -ching sound?

My iphone makes the cash register sound when I sell something. Yesterday a friend made their first sell and the sound their iphone made wasn't the "ka-ching", it was the same as the tone they use for texts. When looking in the settings you can only turn sound notification on or off, there isn't an option to switch tones. Is this right?

The cha-ching should be playing on their phone. Could they try signing out and signing back in to see if that helps.

to be very clear, the app DOES currently make a sound but it isn't the ka-ching. It is a lame tone they use for text alerts. There is no option to select different sounds in the settings. How is it anything different than ka-ching?
