I need to respond to an open case, but I can’t find any way to get to the resolution centre either in the iOS App or using my browser (mobile website). I’m away from home and don’t have access to a tablet or PC. I’ve found this question asked before but either zero replies or people replying explaining how to do it on desktop website. If the answer is “You just can’t” then please let me know so I can accept that I’m going to lose this because I have no access.
Please note: this is ONLY about access using an iPhone, so ONLY relates to iOS App and mobile website. Thanks

Thanks for the report. If you go to Help and Contact in the app can you find the item that you need to respond to and see if that works properly?
