eBay App Crashed when open image - urgent help please.

Hi, 

I get 20-30 messages a day asking to identify parts - i have just updated the ebay app on my Samsung Galaxy S9 to version 6.24.0.2 and now when i click on an image someone has sent me in a message, my phone freezes. 
The back button stops working and i have to either hold the power button and restart my phone or sometimes if the bottoms buttons are on the screen, have to close all apps. 

Has anyone experianced this - i cannot take my laptop with me to see these images!

I have tied chrome and opera but when i go on to ebay it keeps opening the blooming app!

Thanks for reporting this, we will look into this. There should be a setting on your device to tell the mobile browser to NOT use the app. Search on google with your device name and it should come up.
