hello, recently have been having two major problems with the app.  i have iphone 12, latest updates.   first, whenever i find an item from an international seller, i can no longer look at sellers additional items.  it immediately sayd seller has no items for sale.  even when that is not so.   second, when creating a listing, when i am typing in the description box, the screen “shoots” to the bottom and will not let me see what i am typing.   i can scroll back up to find my place, and continue typing, but it will immediately shoot to the bottom again.   so i am basically “blindly” entering the description and have to go up and down repeatedly until everything is right.   any help? thanks!

I’m having the same problem when entering text into my description. As I sell many of the same items and just change the description slightly. It Shoots me to the bottom no matter where the cursor is. I started another complaint on this forum. Literally typing blind as you said.

Make sure you are using the correct country and location to calculate your shipping; if the seller does not ship to your location, the seller's items will not appear when searching. Also check your Item location filter settings; make sure it is not set to US only. If it is set to "default", change the setting to "worldwide". You may want to lock the Item location setting to "worldwide" if you are frequently searching for items located outside your country. Use the "customize" filter menu options to enable lockable filters and then lock whichever settings you prefer.

If the app is giving you problems with entering text into a text field, you may want to try using a browser instead to see if that works any better for you -- at least until eBay updates the app again.

i probably didnt word it correctly.   if i look at an item from an international seller, even one whom i e bought from before, and use to be abke to see all their items, and know for a fact they ship to the US, AND can even see a suggestion of theit other items, but then then tap “sellers other items” it immediately  says seller has no other items for sale.   but if i KNOW the title of thier item and type it in i can see it.  so the items exist, they are just behind a wall for me.   so its fine if i know the name of an item.    but if i want to browse a seller, to see their new stuff, ebay pretends they dont exist

What location are you using to calculate shipping? Try a "nearest first" search sort and look at the country and postal code displayed.

If you have inadvertently changed or not set your shipping location, that can affect what items you see when you search.
