Want to change back to the previous format used on my iPad

How do I return to the previous format on my iPad?  I really do NOT Like the App format.

If you are using a browser and finding that eBay links are opening in the eBay app, and you would prefer that links remain in the browser instead, tap and hold an eBay link in your browser and choose the "do not open in the eBay app" option.

If that is not what you mean, could you describe a bit more about what has changed or what you are trying to do?
