Using app to view full size photos getting Forbidden 403

I looked for the problem online and they all talk about fixing it using a browser, I am using the app and getting this issue. Is there any fix?

Here's a screenshot that I get when trying to look at the picture gallery in the description using the eBay app

I am guessing no one had an answer.. I cannot believe it's just me.....

It might help to idenify whether it was the IOS app or the Android app.

They usually have different problems.
