72 years old. Can’t update because I can’t  remember pass words. Unbelievably difficult. Now locked out. This crap is awful.  You won’t let my old ebay app continue working so I can look up or purchase things. Terrible!

Your age has nothing to do with it. I can't remember any of my passwords either and I'm much younger than you!! I have a book where I write down every single password and website associated with it. All anyone has to do is take my book and I'm done....

Do you buy on a different account? If not, you use the same log in here as your account. What search engine are you using? If you saved your password(s) there are ways to find them.

Most of us have so many passwords to so many things that it's nearly impossible to keep all of them in your head, no matter what your age.

I have a secret place where I have written every single P/W down on paper.  Of course, if/when I forget the location of that secret location, I guess I am toast.  But why not try that for a change?

To the OP: If you go into your security window on your computer or browser, and if you saved them, you should be able to open a window and see them. Try typing in "passwords" in the computer "Type here to search" box, lower left. You should be able to pull up a window that will take you to your saved ones or instructions on how to find them.
