I'm on eBay every single day on my phone. And the fact that now, just because I don't have the latest and newest iPhone I can no longer use the Mobile App? That's discrimination!

I'm in the same boat. I refuse to pay that much money for a phone, so it just keeps allowing less and less until I'll be back to just a phone, but isn't that what I got it for to begin with?  Screw apple.
