Update in the AppStore

I can’t open eBay as it tells me to update the app. So every time I try it only says “open “ and not update. So for now, I can’t log in.

Can you uninstall and reinstall the app? I hope so and good luck...

Is it on the computer or cell phone...if cell phone turn cell off completely and then turn it back on.
