Have seen this issue going back many years from many users. What was the solution. Been battling this on the app for the better part of a month and the last few days have been the worst.

Are you able to view your purchases using a browser?
Some Purchase History problems in the app seem to be associated with users that have many purchases in a short amount of time -- if that is the case, you may be able to use a browser to view your purchases.
