Shipping policy and return policy causing issues when creating a new listing on Android mobile app

This has been a problem in the past, then was fixed for quite a while, now it's back again. Whenever I go to list something, I usually search for the item first, find someone who has a similar item for sale, scroll down to the bottom and select sell one like this. Then I fill out all my information and everything has a green check mark next to it. When I go to hit list item, I get an error telling me to select a shipping policy and a return policy. And when I click okay and go back, they are indeed a red check mark. So I reselect them, the exact same options that were selected the first time, and try to submit the listing again, only for it to give me the same problem. I've called and talked to eBay support and filed a complaint there. I have other friends that are local to me who are having the exact same issue, so it's not just me.

At this point I use the mobile app to create drafts, then switch over to my laptop and submit the listing. I literally do not change anything when I'm on my laptop. I just click on the draft, scroll to the bottom, and hit submit listing. Which tells me everything is filled out correctly. For some reason, the double checks that eBay must be doing before it'll submit a listing on Android mobile is not working correctly.

I am having the exact same issue.  Called ebay over 10 times and no one seems to care. They just give you a ticket number. The ap says Returns accepted then the line under it says not accepted. Done about everything you can have 2 android phones note 10 and 22ultra. Deleted reinstalled the apps. Changed all my return policy's and still does it.
