Thanks for the report. It sounds like you might be using Business Policies? Are you able to select from all your policies that you have set up? Can you post a screen shot of your shipping options?

when listing on the app and selecting shipping methods, the app automatically deletes what was selected. same for returns. Its an issue with the app apparently. have tried over 10 different listings
