Sending message to buyer

When did Betty and send a message to a buyer ‘contact buyer’ the message is addressed to my own email site and not the buyer’s

the 4th problem now that I’ve had recently with the EBay site

Photos in listing has been fixed

photos put on listing don’t match the ones showing on listing still not fixed

message to buyer not fixed

showing views on listings not fixed 

that’s 4 problems since downloading IOS 10
