Saved searches constantly adding Sponsored Items that are not relevant

Sick to death of saves searches constantly adding sponsored items that I really don’t want to see ie: looking for M&S bikini and getting stuff fit for a porn queen complete with split crotches...it’s not good enough and more to the point how the hell do I stop it?
